Take Action

What Can You Do?

In the face of this worldwide pandemic, these communities have become especially vulnerable and have no access to many basic necessities.

What can I do you may ask? You can help these people living in poverty. There are just a few simple things that can be done to improve the living conditions of those in low-income communities.

1. Donate: Donations, even in the smallest amounts, can go a long way. Just $4.30 can feed a family of 4 for entire day and $100 can feed a family, give them access to water, and sanitation supplies for over two weeks.

2. Create your own fundraiser: There are many organizations out there (such as MEDLIFE) that have created their own fundraising campaigns. You can join one of these campaigns and fundraise on your own.

3. Volunteer: During this time of crisis, you don't have to volunteer in person. You can volunteer your time online by creating food drives or sanitation drives to help those living in low-income communities get the resources they need.
